Get Noticed: a developer relations and adoption plan
You built something good, and the right people haven’t found it.
We work out who the right people are and what would make them stay, then fix the biggest gap while we’re at it. Three weeks.
The read, the recommendation, the first artifact, and a plan for the rest.
Is this the right Starter for you?
Check any that fit. If two are true, you’re in the right place, and your answers come with you to the form below.
What’s true now
You built something worth talking about. Almost nobody is. It’s the best-kept secret in your space, and that’s not a compliment. Maybe the right people are developers who should be building on your platform. Maybe they’re the first hundred users your app has never reached.
What’s true after
The right people find it, use it, tell each other about it, and come back without being chased.
Getting found is setting a table for the people you built it for. You’re not just fixing your corner, you’re making it easier for others to fix theirs.
Your timeline, start to finish
- 01Docs, onboarding, community, showcase, events. Where people fall off, and where they’d gather if you gave them somewhere to.
- 02Who the right people are and what each group needs. The community format and showcase path that fit, and the commitments they ask of you.
- 03One finite artifact, shipped: a getting-started guide, a walkthrough video, or the first spotlight. Then the plan for the rest.
The read, the recommendation, the first artifact, and a plan for the rest.

- You know who the right people actually are and what they need.
- The biggest gap is already closed, not just documented.

Questions you’re probably asking
How much does it cost to get a product in front of the right people?
Get Noticed is a fixed $5,000. You get a read on who the right people are, a recommendation on community and showcase, one artifact shipped, and a plan for the rest, in three weeks. For a platform that means developer relations; for an app it means the path to your first hundred users.
How long does it take?
Three weeks.
Is this just a documentation audit?
No. We read the whole ecosystem: docs, onboarding, community, showcase and events. Then we work out who the right people are, what each group needs, and which community format and showcase path fit. The docs are one part of that, not the whole of it.
Is this only for developer tools?
No. Developer relations is the version of this we do most, and it is the harder case: developers are the least patient audience there is. The same read works for an app that needs its first hundred users. The question is the same either way, who is this for and why haven’t they found it.
What do we walk away with?
The read, the recommendation, one finished artifact, and a plan for the rest, real value whether or not the ongoing work ever happens.
You finished a Starter. What now?
When you’re ready, it grows into a Partnership. It takes one of two shapes.

The plan names the work. An Embedded Team is the people who do it, week after week: community strategy, events, spotlights and technical walkthroughs, so the word keeps getting out after the plan is a memory.
